Questions we are often asked regarding our TV and Electronics repair services
Q. Is it worth repairing my TV or equipment?
A. Yes! In most cases it is still economical to repair *.
Once your unit is inspected by one of our technicians then we will be able to accurately advise you of the total repair cost.
*Repairs are subject to availability of parts from the manufacturer.
Q. Do we offer in home service?
A. Yes! Call our office on 07 5531 2688 and book a service call. Where possible, we will endeavour to repair the unit in your home; if this is not possible it will be returned to the workshop, repaired and returned to you on completion at no extra cost. Disconnecting and reconnecting is included with our service call fee.
Q. Insurance Quotes?
A. Yes! Quotes can be forwarded to your insurance company by ourselves or to you to deal directly.
Q. Where are we and what time are we open?
A. Our main workshop and offices are located at: 6 Pirelli Street, Southport 4215.
Our Brisbane office and workshop is at Unit 1/252 Earnshaw Road Northgate 4013.
Our Opening Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Public Holidays.
Q. Do we guarantee the work done on your unit?
A. Yes! We guarantee the work performed and any parts installed for 3 months from date of completion.
Q. What areas do we service?
A. Video Factory Electronics have Service Vans and Pickup/Delivery Vans on the road daily covering the Gold Coast, Northern NSW, Ipswich and Brisbane areas.
