If your unit has faulted within the manufacturers warranty period, bring your unit and purchase receipt in to us.
If the manufacturers warranty states ‘In-home Repair’, please call us and have your unit details (model and serial number) and date of purchase ready. We will arrange a service call to have your unit looked at on-site.
If your unit has faulted outside of the manufacturers warranty period, but within the extended warranty period, please call the extended warranty company and have your unit details (model and serial number) ready.
You will need to lodge a repair request directly with them. Usually, they will advise the next steps.
